Ms. Sherry is a very caring nurse. She took very good care of me by explaining every medication to me before giving it to me or even opening the package. Sherry often asked me about how my pain level was and would immediately talk to the doctor about ordering more pain medication when it was time. 

I try to be strong; Sherry saw how much I was suffering that day. Sherry is a wonderful nurse because she always listens to me and answers all my questions. She knows a lot about my health, she has taken care of me many times. I am looking for her if I must come to the hospital because she knows exactly how to take of care me.
 
The way she holds my port-a-cath and accesses it is very gentle and knowledgeable. She always tells me “You know your body more than anyone else. What can I do to help you feel better?” I trust her to listen to me, it never feels like I have to teach her what to do. Sherry is gentle, polite, and always caring towards me. 
She always asks me a lot of questions in case my medications or health has changed. Even though she has taken care of me several times over the years she still wants to know if I had any new medications or if my diagnosis is new. Sherry is always making time to come back and check on me, even when it is very busy, she is always coming back to look in on me and make sure my pain is under control. 

Overall, I give Sherry 101% because of the way she explains everything she is giving me, and because she is genuinely a caring, polite, gentle, and knowledgeable nurse. I would like to recommend that she should train the new employees so they can learn the right attitude and correct way of speaking to their patients. 

All of the nurses are wonderful at Franciscan. I have to say that Ms. Sherry is the best because of how she makes my heart feel. She is a beautiful person and a wonderful nurse.
