No matter what Professor Gerwer has going on, she always comes to class with a smile on her face and an excitement to teach. And she takes her time to make sure the material is understood in a fun and engaging way. Professor Gerwer goes above and beyond to ensure each student is treated fairly, and not just by her, but by other professors too. One student stated, “As a student, she became my role model the first time I took her class.” What a compliment!
