I was admitted in ICU after Emergency CS, my blood pressure was high but later when it stabilized I was transferred to the ward where I met Sherry. She welcomed me with genuine compassion and encouraged me all through, she would make me smile even through the pain…in several situations, blood samples would be required for the lab and unfortunately, my veins would not bring the blood. She would comfort me and also try to understand my genuine concerns, she would listen to me and also explain every procedure before doing anything. I was scared of injections and blood samples correction but she would encourage me and even give me a few seconds to gain my courage…once she is sure I am okay and with my consent, she would go ahead and do it…she would later assure me that l'll be fine and everything will be okay…I felt her genuine care and compassion. My stay in the hospital was good because of her.
