Sheryl is always professional and caring, not only with our patients, but as a leader. She is very good at delegating, she is empathetic towards all team members as well as taking excellent care of patients. She is always ready with a smile to help anyone...she has a wonderful positive "can do" attitude. She is a valued member of our team. Whenever there is a crisis on the unit, she maintains a calm confident demeanor and follows protocol so that the unit is back to order as quickly as possible, keeping staff and patients safe.
