My sister worked at Littleton Regional Hospital and passed with two young children, a 5-year-old daughter, and a 13-year-old son. Fast forward 18 years and the daughter was having a baby girl of her own. The daughter had previously endured the loss of two children in under two years. One of the nurses who was present during the birth of my niece stepped up in a big way. Sheryl Loveland made the selfless sacrifice of coming in to take care of my niece during her C-section. My niece had previously lost two children, and Sheryl, was present when my niece was born to my late sister. She came in on her day off to be with her during her delivery. She is an angel on earth and everything you could hope for in terms of health care!
