Every day that Sheri comes to work she gives her heart to her patients and their families. She cares about every decision being made and is supportive to her patient and family with tough decisions they have to make. She is knowledgeable and compassionate and will not back down until she feels the plan of care for the patient is in their best interest.
Recently she had two elderly patients sharing a room who were well enough to get out of bed and sit in chairs and enjoy each other's company over lunch. These two men got to talk about being widowed life stories and truly enjoy each other's company. Sheri could see that this is what they needed and had their needs met.
