We came to Mission to be induced. My husband and I were nervous, scared, and unsure of what was to come in the next hours/days. My labor process was anything but easy, and this labor & delivery nurse instantly made us feel at ease and safe in her care. She was one of the few RNs we encountered that we felt was a true advocate for us and our wishes, educating us and answering every question we had thoroughly and confidently. On top of this, she had the best attitude and was so sweet during this very scary time. She was the same way with each co-worker that she worked alongside while in our room. She also made sure to come in and check on us to provide us with anything we needed; most notably, she did so with a smile, and she did it in a timely manner. By far, she was our favorite nurse from our stay here at Mission. We even requested her on our second night and were thrilled that our request had been obliged. Luckily, we delivered after a long/hard stay, and we thank god that we had this nurse to hold our hands and share such a special moment with our sweet little family. If we could do it all over again, she is the one thing we would want to experience all over again. You have an amazing nurse on your labor and delivery staff, and we truly hope you will give her this honor. We want to thank you so very much for the love and kindness you gave our family. We love you.
