My daughter has been admitted to the ICU at Providence, and I have been staying with her most nights and days. I have found in Shey a nurse who goes the extra mile to help my daughter maintain her dignity during this difficult time. Shey takes care of her hair, thoroughly cleans herself, and ensures her skin is protected, all while keeping the room tidy.

I noticed my daughter exhibiting violent outbursts after each dose of a particular medication, and Shey noticed the same thing. She consulted with the doctor, who suggested alternative approaches, and by trying different medications, Shey managed to prevent the extreme reactions. I am very impressed by the entire team of nurses, but Shey's talent, knowledge, and compassion have truly stood out. Her quick and adept handling of delicate situations tonight was remarkable.
