1. Shiela Ann was described as a nurse with "No fear". Patient said that in a critical situation, he noticed that Shiela Ann handles it easily and with confidence. She is a smart nurse according to the patient.
2. Shiela Ann was also described as a "respectable nurse". Patient said that she is not only caring for him as a patient but also caring for his family during the visiting hour without expecting anything in return. The patient said that Shiela Ann does not accept gifts, and for them, it means that she really had compassion within her.
3. Shiela Ann has "amazing interpersonal skills". The nominator said that all they can see is a smile on her face and when her family is around, she smiles at everybody making them more relaxed and more comfortable.
4. Shiela Ann is an "exemplary nurse". According to the patient, what he can see is a nurse that has a motto - "only serve & satisfy patients".
