As a cancer patient visiting across multiple hospitals, the nominator characterized this nurse as the best nurse she had ever met. Sheila is a fantastic supporter in addition to being kind and caring. Additionally, she always wears a broad smile whenever she interacts with patients. The patient has always struggled with difficult cannulation, but this nurse made it simpler for them to avoid the discomfort of numerous pricks as a result of difficult cannulation. She does the procedure with great skill and treats the patient with the utmost respect.

Even though Sheila is not the assigned nurse to her, she comes simply to perform cannulation for her. When the patient requested it, the nurse came to perform the cannulation after she had been admitted to another ward. She is intelligent and seeks to overcome linguistic barriers by utilizing various kinds of aids. She also observed that the nurse radiates positivity across the entire unit. She serves as a gentle reminder to hold onto hope and not let it fade away. She frequently tells her that people who have cancer are resilient and can survive their journey.
