It is hard to put into words how amazing Shilga is. She is excellent at everything she does. Her presence in the unit makes us feel that patients are all in perfect care. She knows how to stand up during difficult situations. She manages her time well and never misses a detail. Her strength as a nurse radiates when patients are at their weakest.

I can recall when we had a challenging situation with a family member; I witnessed how Shilga was able to convert a difficult situation into an appreciation just by showing off how skillful and caring she is. Her kindness is contagious. And I salute her for her patience and for being highly reliable. She embodies the core of the nursing profession, and all the qualities of a DAISY Nurse providing extraordinary care.
