Shilpa is simply amazing. Her understanding, empathy, and level of care were unlike anything we've seen in our two-month hospital stay. She made sure not only the patient was comfortable but also the family. She got the patient a private room when he needed it the most. She understands our cultural needs and caters exactly to them.
