I received a letter from the daughter of a patient complimenting the extraordinary care that Shiney Simon from CCU provided her mother during a long stay in CCU. The daughter of the patient was a patient care assistant and noted that she has worked with many nurses over the years and none paid such attention to the small details and providing comfort as Shiney did with her mother. She also commented on the great detail Shiney provided to the doctors in order for them to make the right decisions for treatment. She said that Shiney's commitment made all the difference in the world to her, her mother and the rest of her family. She expressed gratitude for Shiney's attention and care during her Mom's final days. What a gift Shiney gave this family. They are truly comforted by the care she received at the end of her life.
