Shinumol Shaji, Registered Nurse

I entered the Maternity emergency department and met several nurses, but Shinumol Shaji was the best and most excellent. She was very kind in her overall approach. She stayed with me throughout the shift and continued to be gentle, offering service and re-assurance. Even during the fetal heart monitoring, she was gentle and took care of positioning, waking me up with tenderness. She even stayed with me until my discharge days later.
