I am a 92-year-old patient who suffered a broken hip. Shiny has been helping me recover from my surgery. She is competent, thoughtful, and caring. She is concerned with my comfort and looks after me with compassion. She has helped to make a terrible situation more bearable for me and I thank her for her service and dedication.
