My father as you might assume is very set in his ways and can be quite demanding but that never flustered Shirley one bit and she continued to be joyful and pleasant. She brought light to a dark event and was an answer to my prayers

• She was an absolute sweetheart amazing at doing my IV. She got it first shot - no one ever does that. She was absolutely fabulous. She checked on me numerous times. She was an absolute joy, very pleasant.
