Shirley was only with my mom a couple of times. She is the first nurse that caught our attention as going above and beyond. In my notes on Shirley, I wrote in large letters Amazing. She was so compassionate and caring. She took the time to listen to our concerns and hear my mom's story.
Shirley really seemed to take an interest. She was genuine in her responses and thoughts. She was thorough in her examination of my mom at the beginning of her shift. While assisting my mom she displayed patience. She made sure to check on my mom throughout her shift to see if my mom or we needed anything. You could tell Shirly is kindhearted and has a passion for helping others.
