I had a very unexpected surgery. When I went to my recovery room it was almost a shift change but Shivani Franklin made sure I was settled and comfortable before she left for the day.
The next morning she was back and I was so happy to see her. She listened to me, encouraged me to walk (which I failed at) and made sure I had everything I needed before I was discharged.
Shivani is absolutely amazing. Even though she was also the Charge nurse on duty she still made me feel like I was her only responsibility.
