She believes that having a golden heart entails providing the workforce with emotional support when it is most required. Sholy was the first to contact, show up, and give the nominator a hug after her father passed away in one particular instance. She also played a key role in ensuring that the nominator could leave right away to be with her family by assisting her with the preparation of all the required paperwork.
