Shona was recognized by a patient's family member for her compassionate care. Shona was described as being very concerned about her patient's Coumadin treatment plan and was never too busy to provide excellent nursing care. This patient's family member also commented that Shona is "a great, caring nurse and I wish there were more nurses like her. She is very special to me and my family."
