Shona demonstrated high level of detail in administering my medications, in this complex effort to determine the cause of a possible infection or other problems I was having. She carefully reviewed each medication with me and checked with doctors to confirm the medication or dosage. In my case, there were several tests that were difficult to be scheduled in the time frame that I was there, and she played an active role in calling to expedite and get these scheduled. She worked with Nurse coordinators as their support in getting information and answering my questions, she was a great communicator, and her efforts went beyond the normal activity of nursing.
