What I would like to say about Shona is every time I come in, she goes far beyond to help me deal with my pain, making me feel comfortable. An amazing nurse. Always helps in any way that she can. Very caring and thoughtful and just an all-around special nurse. Makes patients and families feel safe and comfortable. Provides individualized, compassionate, and patient-centered care to patients and families. Goes above and beyond expectations. As far as nurses, from the first day experienced nothing but professionalism. Shona was understanding and gentle. Goes out of her way to make sure you are comfortable. At my age that’s important. Shona treats you like you expect to be treated and follows through with all her work. I was not scheduled to go to this facility but showed up there anyway. They treated me so well, even the secretary made me feel welcome. They made me feel good.
