My Father arrived at the ER with severe pain due to urine retention, the situation was tense but we were received with a big smile and calmness from Ms. Shoroug, which helped in easing the pain for my father. She cared for him with all professionalism and sympathy and she understood very well our emotional situation. Even under pressure, she was able in a very professional way to remain calm and do her work with no complaints. It is very fortunate to have such staff among your team and she is a pride for us and the country.
