Shoshana held her hand and calmed her down during the most difficult moments.
When my mother was first transferred to this facility she experienced nightmares and severe insomnia and sundowner's syndrome. She was petrified. Shoshana held her hand and calmed her down during the most difficult moments. She was able to soothe my mother and calm her down and help her get a good night's sleep. Shoshana further explored multiple ways of ensuring my mother would get the rest she needed, communicating with physicians and specialists to provide the needed medication to help my mother overcome these difficulties. Her presence induced a sense of security that helped my mother overcome her worst nightmares.
