Sidney was by her side from the beginning. I witnessed the compassion Sidney showed her patient and her patient's husband.
Sidney consistently is committed to delivering the best patient care with compassion, kindness, and excellence. Sidney has outstanding leadership ability and commitment to her patient population. She is a gem in a haystack for sure! It's has been such a pleasure to work with someone who is so willing to consistently provide excellent quality patient care. Sidney goes above and beyond for every patient especially to make them feel comfortable. She definitely is a "doer and go-getter" going the extra mile. Another example of Sidney extending the healing ministry of Jesus Christ is when she felt led to begin an "ostomy support group" for our community with quarterly meetings to provide each ostomate with support and hope. Core Values: Excellence, Compassion, Stewardship.

Her passion to care for her ostomy patients with such dignity is humbling. When this particular patient went through a life-changing unexpected surgery, Sidney was by her side from the beginning. I witnessed the compassion Sidney showed her patient and her patient's husband through this tragic event and the daily frustration that led to their family through a period of depression. Ultimately, Sidney continued to offer suggestions and tirelessly was there for the patient and her husband. It brought tears to my eyes knowing how grateful I am to work with a hero. Sidney followed this patient over the course of 9 months. The patient and her husband came to the clinic the day after a reversal surgery of the ostomy/fistulas and were so grateful for having Sidney's support through an event that change their life. Now their quality of life has been renewed and they are so thankful to have met Sidney. They have kept an open line of communication, are thankful for the relationship with her, and frequently ask how can they assist with benefiting other patients who may have lost hope.
