As a patient, it is very difficult and challenging to try and understand the cause of your illness, especially with this virus. She was there with me to explain the process of the treatment and the goals to beat the virus. She not only showed kindness and compassion but also understood my fears. I thank her for her hard work and dedication to patients. Above all, I thank her for the kindness through one of the worst experiences of my life. Thank you!
