Sidney Reynolds, RN

Sidney Reynolds was a part of the care team that helped my mom. I brought her in for an uncontrollable nose bleed. Sydney triaged my mom and kept checking in on her. Sidney was such a calming force. She helped reassure my mom when she was covered in blood and required constant suctioning. My mom ended up needing a device placed to help stop the bleeding. This can be quite painful and stay in for days. Sidney explained everything in detail to us. She provided pain meds to my mom right before the procedure to help reduce pain. She answered all our questions without seeming rushed or annoyed. Not only did Sidney help her, but she helped me. I know she had other patients, but she spent a significant amount of time reassuring us and reviewing all the instructions so that we had no questions when we went home!
