I was on the floor for a week and had the pleasure of Sidney two days in a row. She has a strong ability to empathize while also encouraging me which made me stronger. She exhibited strong communication skills and her attention to detail was stellar. Even during the busy, hectic times, she has a HUGE smile on her face which I could see was sincere. It's been a long time since I've needed the assistance of a nurse. I'd forgotten how hard their work is. Sidney took the time to explain medications to me and took the time to listen to my concerns. I am here under a very unpleasant diagnosis but with Sidney, as my nurse, I was able to get through some tough days.
