Sidonne Brown, BSN, RN, MBA/MHA, CNML is an exceptional nurse leader who communicates and collaborates with the entire team, from the nurse leaders to the bedside staff. She consistently asks for feedback from the team about not only the wins and successes but also challenges that need to be overcome. She has a great rapport with teammates from various disciplines and always pulls key stakeholders to the table to problem solve and create solutions to any barriers to meeting organizational goals. She provides a supportive environment for her staff to self-reflect and take ownership in their role in upholding the Atrium Health Values and optimizing patient outcomes. Sidonne Brown leads by example by role modeling being flexible, self-aware, mentoring, and showing empathy to patients, families, teammates, and colleagues.
