From the moment I arrived in my room, Sierra Chovanec greeted me with her gentle smile. The way she carries herself exudes confidence. I automatically felt at ease. She introduced herself and explained what my plan of care would be. She is very professional and personable at the same time. Watching her provide instruction and guidance to the other nurses what were in my room - I was very impressed with her leadership skills. She has a calm manner that is fabulous.
