Sierra has demonstrated outstanding care and concern every time we have needed her but especially recently in arranging an out-of-network MRI situation into one that was in network for us. We were in network at Carle until this year due to an insurance issue. We needed an MRI option in network, and Sierra found one in Peoria. Sierra gave me the contact info which enabled me to call and make the appointment. A few days later, she called me to ensure I had made the appointment. I said yes, and she asked when. I told her 9/29 (this was mid-August). Sierra asked permission to call on my behalf. Dr. "B" had hoped to get the MRI sooner. I said sure, and Sierra called me within 30 minutes to tell me she had secured a 9/6 appointment. Just amazing care and concern!
