Sierra was one of the most encouraging and calm nurses. My birth didn't go as planned and my baby experienced a lot of stress. Sierra was quick to jump in and find ways to not only be the most helpful, but also make sure that I was emotionally taken care of. She took the extra time with me to make me feel seen, listened to and like i was important and that everything was going to be alright, even if it didn't feel that way.
