Sierra Roberts, RN

Sierra is an outstanding, caring, and knowledgeable nurse. She treats you as if you are family and never leaves anything undone. She gives her 100%, no matter what unit she is helping out. She is a team player, a great educator, and an all-around amazing soul. Sierra is smart, compassionate to patients and family members, and a phenomenal leader to her team. She doesn't mind helping nurses on other units with skills, etc. Most importantly, she is a fierce patient advocate. Sierra is the most deserving nurse I know. She gives this job her all and treats every patient as if it were here family she was fighting for. I promise you, if you were to ask any patient of Sierra’s, they would advocate that she is the most amazing nurse that you want by your side.
