I wanted to compliment one of your nurses. My mom spent last night there and her overnight nurse, Sierra, truly went above and beyond what was expected. In addition to all her normal nursing duties, my mom had several questions about the procedure she had undergone and Sierra spent the time to find a diagram of the heart, print it out, and explain exactly how the heart works and where her blockage and stent was placed. I was incredibly impressed that she took the time to spend with a scared patient and make her feel better about what had gone on. Thank you for having nurses like this at your hospital. It makes a big difference to the patient.
