First of all, thank you to all of the nurses and staff that cared for my husband, JC, while he was a patient in the ICU. I would like to especially thank Sierra for finally drawing attention to a very serious infection that my husband had. We came to the ER on Thursday and spent the night in the ER until a room was available. He was admitted to the 2nd floor until being transferred to ICU to begin dialysis. After dialysis, he was being situated in bed and I again asked if anyone had checked his area of pain. Sierra took a look and immediately stated it needed to be addressed! Urology followed up and he was in surgery early Monday morning to debride and remove a serious infection. I firmly believe if Sierra had not checked him, he may not be here. Thank you again, Sierra!!
