Sierra (Super Nurse) has been the most knowledgeable, most caring and the best bedside nurse that I have ever had in ICU. I commend her for the time she spent educating myself and my family for all our needs and many questions which she could answer without issues. Sierra’s next patient she cares for will be as very lucky as I and my family were. Sierra was also nominated by a coworker who was following Sierra and has never had a patient hold a nurse in such high regards. Her patience left such an impact on this patient that achieving the standards she sets near impossible! When following Sierra this has become a common trend and I believe she deserves every ounce of this recognition she is being given. Sierra brightens the day of every patient she cares for and pushes her colleges to do better by example.
