Without Sierrah, my family would not have been able to handle all the heartache, stress, and just the unknowing of a very terrible situation.
Sierrah has gone above and beyond in taking care of my mom and her entire family. I could not have made it past these last two weeks of unimaginable pain without her. Her knowledge and nursing skills are top-notch, as is her compassion and understanding. She always puts her patients first, and her knowledge of medications and what is best for the patient is amazing. In our time of need, we are thankful for Sierrah and everything she provides daily to everyone.

Sierrah is the type of nurse we should all strive to be. She is smart and dedicated to advocating for her patients. She notices small changes and views them through a wider lens than most would to track trends and has actively prevented patients from decompensating long before most would have noticed a decline. She is dedicated to not only furthering her own education, but also serves as a fantastic resource to her peers and orientees, without making people feel less than for not knowing without asking. Her patient connections are exemplary, as evidenced by her buying Reeses peanut butter cups with her own money to crush up for a patient's Reeses milkshake, after he had been asking for one repeatedly. She used this kind gesture to both bring him out of a slump and help to engage him in his own care.

Sierrah has shown my family all the knowledge, the highest level of care, and such compassion in our time of need. She answered every question, knows the medications needed for the patient, and advocates for the patient's voice. Without Sierrah, my family would not have been able to handle all the heartache, stress, and just the unknowing of a very terrible situation. My family absolutely loves her and is grateful for the exceptional service she provided to us.
