Silpa has been working in N6S for quite a while now and she is often described by her patients as a very helpful and competent nurse. Moreover, she works very well with her nursing team as well as with her doctors and other medical staff. She has been also been a nominee in the previous quarter and this shows her consistency in her nursing work ethic and dedication to her patients and their families.

According to one patient, “Silpa is very skillful in inserting an IV catheter. She always uses an aseptic technique and explains everything to the patient and my family. She also smiles a lot and this helps me feel relaxed.”
