Recently my dad was admitted to West Kendall Baptist Hospital with an acute stroke. Silvia was assigned to care for him during his stay. ALL our family members and my dad's visitors commented on how positive, caring and professional she was. She truly made us feel he was well cared for and that she had his well being at the front to her mind. She was kind enough to take the time to make short phone calls to me, to keep me updated when my dad showed progress. I could tell it was not just a job for her, it is a passion, and I was never worried about him when she was assigned to him. Thanks Silvia, for all you do for your patients and especially my dad!!!
