During this time with Covid-19, Silvia has demonstrated such selflessness. Upon hearing of a PPE shortage and the need to wear masks in public, Silvia immediately went to work making masks and scrub caps. She distributed them to her co-workers and donated them to the community at no charge.
When our PACU census became low, and ICU needed help, Silvia began working in ICU full time. She is working mixed hours, including night shift. She is doing all of this with a smile on her face and without a single complaint. I admire her courage during this time.
