Simeon is incredibly kind, patient, compassionate, personable, and knowledgeable and he’s always willing to share his knowledge with others.  Always willing to help regardless of how busy he might be.  Excellent charge nurse.  When he is in charge, he goes around asking "How are you doing? Do you need help with anything?” During the weekend of New Year’s Eve, I was at the FBC pod.  One of my patients expired and I needed help with computer documentation.  I called Simeon, he came to my aide immediately.  He helped me immensely and everything was taken care of.  Later on, I needed help with wasting Dilaudid gtt…he came up again to help me.  Even after all he did for me, he called me on Vocera to ask me if I needed more help with anything and to make sure I was OK.  Simeon has helped me on multiple occasions in the past and not just me, I have seen him doing the same thing with others.  I am sure there are others who would agree with me.  This young man deserves a star as a leader.
