Simi shows tenderness and cooperation, that feels like you will be safe and in very trusted hands. She is quick and smart in dealing with her care to her patient. My mother was admitted and had a problem including fear in hospitalization. But because of Simi, we are always feeling comfortable as she touches my mom and lets her feel safe always. She communicates with her compassionately and will remind her that she is taken well care of. This nurse will be part of our memories; her love, and humanity, and compassion will stay with our family and for everyone. There are times that my mother will be agitated and be angry at her, but Simi let her feel relaxed and patient with her and calmed her. She never gets impatient and angry with her.
