Simmie has shown extreme kindness to not only my mother-in-law, who was the patient, but also to my husband and me. Not only does she explain things to us in layman terms, but she is consistent in her follow through.
I have been a patient and a visitor to many patients and I have never received the kind of care that Simmie has given us. She actually took the time to phone my husband and me when my mother-in-law returned from her procedure. She was very conscientious in preparing my mother-in-law and us in all things. She was very good about explaining things to us.
