“My uncle was transferred to 3 Tower last Monday, at around 10:30pm and he passed at 3:30am. He was in that unit for a very short period of time. However, Simone made a great difference during out short stay. She spent time explaining to us the medication the doctor had prescribed and what to expect hour by hour. Simone is the most knowledgeable, caring, and compassionate caregiver I have met in a long time.
My family is grateful for the special care Simone provided to my uncle in his last hours and the genuine compassion she provided to my cousin in her time of need.”
