Over the past two decades, through her diligent work and compassion for international nurses, Sinead Carbery has risen to become President of International Staffing Solutions at AMN Healthcare. After training as a nurse in Ireland and moving to the U.S. herself, she has a unique understanding of the challenges faced by migrating health professionals, celebrating and grieving with them along their journeys.

Sinead has traveled the world to meet with nurses and share her journey with them. Her compassionate leadership has helped thousands of international nurses—and their families—transition smoothly into working in U.S. healthcare. Her longstanding commitment to ethical recruitment has directly impacted those working with AMN Healthcare’s international division, O’Grady Peyton International.
