Sini was exceptional. She took care of my mother-in-law during a very emotional, anxious, and uncertain time. She acted as an advocate in several situations, including a CT radiology appointment. She spoke out on behalf of my mother-in-law, preventing a possible mistake due to a hurried and rushed process. She was always pleasant and professional despite our constant needs and questions. She managed to make an anxious and scary experience much more tolerable. Thank you, Sini!
