Sini was exceptional. She took care of my mother-in-law during a very emotional, anxious, and uncertain time. She acted as an advocate in several situations, including a CT radiology appointment. She spoke out on behalf of my mother-in-law, preventing a possible mistake due to a hurried and rushed process. She was always pleasant and professional despite our constant needs and questions.
