Sinobia Reid, RN

Ms. Sinobia always has a smile and a warm tone to her voice and is very patient. She does not rush when tending to her patient (my mom). She was helpful in answering any questions we may have had and helped make all of us comfortable. If she didn't know something, she would find out for us. When my mom needed help ordering food, she read the menu and repeated it when needed. She even stayed on hold for a while with food services, trying to get her order just right. We hope to have her again anytime a family member is in the hospital.
