My wife was recently in the Snuggery to deliver our baby. Because of multiple factors, the pregnancy/labor was high risk and complicated. We had Siobahn as our nurse from 7 am to 7 pm the day our baby was born. From the minute Siobahn started her shift until it ended, she was laser-focused on my wife's needs. She was so incredibly friendly and so upbeat the whole time. I'm pretty convinced that there were times where Siobhan's words and encouragement were definitely more helpful to my wife than mine. My sister-in-law and I were the support people and she was just as attentive to us too. She made sure we kept eating and stayed hydrated so we could continue to provide support. At the end of our stay at the hospital, Siobahn stopped in our room to check on us and say goodbye. It was so touching. It really felt like being care for by an immediate family member. We felt so thankful to have had her.
