While vacationing I discovered a notable skin growth on my chest. I reached out to both my VA Provider and a provider in the community to have this checked. I learned that the wait times were close to three months long. I reached out using MyHealthyVet and Ms. Mclaughlin contacted me right away. She assisted in getting me information to access Urgent Care while on vacation and was able to get the records and coordinate my care. It turns out I needed a Mohs procedure for squamous cell carcinoma. I believe that Siobhan went above and beyond her normal duties to guide and advise me on how to take care of this. From the start, after sending that first secure message I felt that she was very caring and very concerned about helping me. I messaged her many times and she always responded almost immediately.
