For the past 10 days, my daughter has been in the IICU and during this time Sisay has often been her RN. His compassion, kindness and knowledge of what a patient needs has gone far beyond nursing. He is a kind soul and is working towards a bachelor's degree from Texas Tech while his family is back home in Ethiopia. Sisay always has a smiling face despite the hardship he endures. He brings relief and trust for my daughter and indeed has a healing touch.
